Who runs this place?
Competitive Dynamics is led by Brent Meyers, who has consulted to hundreds of companies on improving and sustaining profitability by quickly understanding dynamic business environments, identifying opportunities, and implementing creative solutions to seize upon them. In addition, Brent has built four highly successful consultancies as a Partner and as a CEO.
Brent began his consulting career by founding an IT and training consulting firm while an undergrad at UC Berkeley. After receiving his MBA from Cornell University, Brent went on to create and grow Andersen’s first strategy consulting practice as its Pacific Region Director of Revenue Enhancement and led the development of a variety of strategy, revenue, new product development and customer satisfaction methodologies used worldwide.
He later was US Managing Partner for Strategy Consulting at Grant Thornton, where his practice was the fastest growing and most profitable consulting group in the firm. Most recently, he was CEO for The Corporation for Manufacturing Excellence (Manex), where he quintupled revenue and received national recognition for creating Northern California’s leading professional services firm focused on middle market manufacturers and distributors.
